Recipe of Dal Makhani

Please follow below instructions
  • Urad Dal
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chili powder
  • Jeera
  • Kasoori mathi
  • Water
  • Cream
  • Sugar
  • Tomato puree
  • Green chili 

Boil the dal with water and salt. Cook it until it gets soft. Take a fry pan and heat the butter and oil. When it gets mixed to each other add kasoori methi and jeera. Now add Chili powder, salt, sugar, chopped ginger and tomato puree. Now cook it until the oil gets separated from the preparation. Now add cooked dal and mixed it and cook it until it gets mixed with it. Now add water and stir it continuous ly. Now it is the time to add cream finally.  Serve it with tawa roti or rumali roti.
