Recipe of Dal Makhani

Please follow below instructions
  • Urad Dal
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chili powder
  • Jeera
  • Kasoori mathi
  • Water

Boil the dal with water and salt. Cook it until it gets soft. Take a fry pan and heat the butter and oil. When it gets mixed to each other add kasoori methi and jeera. Recipe of Mutter Paneer

All dishes are from same country, India, but all these are totally different in taste and texture. But there are few recipes are there which is equally popular in four sub region. Mutter paneer is the example of this. It is equally popular in each state and place. You can prepare it in your own kitchen or take the taste of restaurant. The ingredients for Making Mutter Paneer are- 
  • Cube Paneer, 
  • Onion, peas, 
  • Ginger paste, 
  • Chopped Tomato, 
  • Cumin powder, 
  • Turmeric powder, 
  • Chopped green chili, 
  • Water,  
  • Garam Masala, 
  • Oil for cooking, 
  • Coriander leaves, 
  • Salt to taste. 

Grind onion and tomato in a grinder separately. Take fry pan. Add oil and fry the paneer cubes. Keep it separately. Now add onion paste. After few minutes, add tomato paste. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, green chili. Cook it until the oil gets separated. Now add a little water. Cook it another 10 minutes. Add peas. Then also cook it for 5 minutes. Add salt and check whether the peas get soft or not. If it is soft then add fried paneer cubes and cook it for few minutes. Decorate with coriander leaves.

Now is the time to serve it with chapatti, nun or parathas.
