• Red bell paper
• Capsicum
• Onion

Recipe

• Marinate the chicken pieces with slight salt, sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vegetable oil for 1 hour and keep it in a freeze.
• Now cut and mix red bell paper, capsicum, onion, salt, sugar and keep it also in freeze separately.
• Now fill the sticks with chicken pieces and vegetable pieces and grill it in Micro oven for 10 to 15 minutes and then serve it with tomato sauce.
