Preparation of Aloo Gobhi

Indian cuisine are world famous because it has a different taste. All of us love to eat different types of Indian food. India is generally divided into four sub or regional cuisine- North Indian, East Indian, West Indian and south Indian. Four sub cuisine has a different style of cooking. These cuisines are both famous in Vegetarian and Non vegetarian food. If you are really desiring to taste these typical traditional Indian foods easily  get from a lot of restaurants. Aloo Gobi  is a flavorful  and colorful Indian vegetarian item.This item made with the help of cauliflower, potatoes and lots of tasty spices. You need to prepare this item

  • Pisces of cauliflower
  • pieces of potatoes
  • Ginger paste
  • Tomato chopped
  • Garlic paste
  • Red Chili powder
  • coriander Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Cumin seeds
  • vegetable oil
  • Bay leaf
  • Coriander Leaves
  • salt to taste

Clean and peel the potatoes. Cut it into small pieces and Keep it in a bowl. Cut the cauliflower.wash it with hot water.Drain the water.Keep it aside.Take a fry pan. Heat the vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Wait until it gets fried. Then add Onion Pisces. Fry it till it changes the color in golden brown. Now add ginger paste and garlic paste. Cook it for 5 minutes. Now add chopped  tomatoes. Saute it for a few minutes. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix it and cook it. Now the time tood add potato pisces and cauliflower pisces. Add salt to taste. Lastly add garam masala. Mis it and cook it until potatoes and cauliflower gets soft. Now serve it with a decoration of coriander leaves.
