Prawn Curry

Boil it for 10 minutes so the prawns can mix with the gravy. Serve it with fried rice.

Preparation of Mutton Curry

  • Pisces of Mutton
  • Cumin seeds
  • Red Chili powder
  • Cumin powder

Method: 
Marinate the mutton with curd, ginger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, sprinkle of salt, garlic paste, red chili little mustard oil. Place the marinated mutton at least for 2 hour. Take a fry pan or kadai and heat the mustard oil. Then put red dry chilies, cumin seeds and the chopped onions .and cook it till the color turn in golden brown. Then add marinated mutton Pisces and cook it at least for 30 minutes. After that add the juice of marinated meat. Now add tomato puree and  sprinkle of salt. Add a little quantity of sugar. Stir it for 15 minutes. Now put the whole thing to a pressure cooker and cook it again for 10 minutes until it gets soft. Lastly add 1 tea spoon of garam masala and serve it with rice or roti or nun.

Preparation of Aloo Gobhi

Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Wait until it gets fried. Then add Onion Pisces. Fry it till it changes the color in golden brown. Now add ginger paste and garlic paste. Cook it for 5 minutes. Now add chopped  tomatoes. Saute it for a few minutes. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix it and cook it. Now the time tood add potato pisces and cauliflower pisces. Add salt to taste. Lastly add garam masala. Mis it and cook it until potatoes and cauliflower gets soft. Now serve it with a decoration of coriander leaves.
