Obesity is a major issue in the modern world. Be it young or adult, the present lifestyle is creating havoc and taking its toll on the human health. In case of women, too, obesity is a major concern. It not only makes them look bad, but also can result in poor heart condition and even infertility. Here is a list of exercises that any woman can do at home easily to lose considerable amount of weight. 


  1. Running on treadmill – this is probably the easiest form of exercise. Women always do not feel free to go out running and exercising. The treadmill in this case is the perfect choice. One can easily get the benefits of running a long distance without even stepping a foot outside.
  2. Using weight training – though a very effective way to keep your body in shape, but this must be done with expert advice. As such, weight training is not always recommended for women as the woman figure has got a gentle and soft nature which on weight training might be lost. A woman surely will not look good if she is too much muscular. So one should take proper expert advisor before trying this out.
  3. Bike riding is a great form of exercise. There are exercise bikes available in the market which allows you to set the course and ride the bike, but completely within your home premises. It provides great effect and is far better than weight training. Also you need not take expert advice always, except the time for which one should exercise.
  4. Using exercise balls is a great way to get the perfect dashboard abs, and who does not want that. Every woman wish to lose all those tires and get the perfectly slim waist and flat abs. exercising on an exercise ball will help you achieve it.
  5. Squats and Push Ups – these are free hand exercises that can also help you to lose enough weight. But they need to be done properly and the right posture should be maintained during doing these exercises. 
There are many more forms of exercises as well as equipments which are available in the market. On one hand it is true that everyone dream of getting the perfect figure, but then one must also remember that if not done correctly exercise can turn out to create further problems rather than solving them.
